I am a self coached vegetarian athlete & fitness model. I have always lead an active lifestyle, but it wasn't always a healthy lifestyle. The turning point for me was when I was able to implement healthy daily habits and create an effective workout regimen to build the body I've always dreamed of. 

 

Solid planning and rigorous preparation allowed me to leap into my first bikini competition months earlier than anticipated, taking home first place. From then on, I've learned to embrace the discomfort of the unknown and find comfort in what I've prepared for.
